We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery except clearance items and earrings, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Perfume and lotion may only be returned if the packaging has not been opened. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
You may obtain return authorization via emailing email@example.com, There is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 45 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.
Once your return is checked in at the warehouse, you will be sent an email to let you know it has been received. Shortly thereafter you will receive a second email confirming the refund has been issued. From this time, it may take up to 3 business days to show up on your credit card account. Usual turnaround time is 1 - 2 weeks from time shipped to when refund is issued.

For Canadian Orders, please email to receive a return authorization number. Ship the merchandise back to us using a courier service that provides a tracking number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the shoes back to us. As with domestic orders, shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order restocking fee. We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are limited and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Therefore we suggest you place a new order for the style color you want and then email us at email@example.com to get return authorization and a prepaid UPS shipping label to send the item back to us as a return. When you emial us please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received at our warehouse.
